Is climate-positive Swedish beef and dairy at affordable prices possible? Come and meet two academics turned farmers who say YES!
Elisabeth Bolund, docent in behavioural ecology, and Raazesh Sainudiin, docent in mathematics, run a family business with the aims to:
Work together with farmers to research and develop climate-friendly practices, shorten the value chain and connect small-scale producers as directly to consumers as possible, and provide complete transparency regarding costs.
When: Friday November 3rd between 12:00-13:00.
