Sustainability 2.0 – Is Urban Agriculture Ready to Move Forward?
Meet Annie Drottberger

We can now grow food almost everywhere – on rooftops, in high-tech greenhouses or in vertical farming systems urban agriculture brings food production next doors. But what is next? Are producers and their businesses ready to introduce and adopt new knowledge and technical innovations so sustainability becomes more than a buzzword? Annie Drottberger, lecturer and PhD student in Horticultural Science at SLU, knows the answers we want you to get inspired by: With a research interest for the transition to a more sustainable food system from a socio-technical perspective, she brings academia and businesses together and shows how we can all co-create sustainability now.
